Are you moving from Lotus 123 or Quatro Pro to Excel?  The spreadsheets will
import easily enough, but will they still function correctly?  Maybe.  The data
should import cleanly, but some formulas might not translate.  The macros will
not work at all.  Do you have the expertise to translate macros or the experience to
know when NOT convert the macros and apply Excel's features from scratch
instead?
