After downloading, switch to Excel and select "Add-ins..." from the Tools menu. If
"Doug's Toolbar" does not appear in the list of add-ins, press the "Browse..."
button to locate the file. When loaded, check it in the list and click OK. The toolbar
add-in will be loaded. If the toolbar does not appear, select Toolbars from the View
menu and select "Doug's Toolbar" from the list of toolbars.
